With the custom questions we can manuall create and add in the confirmation process, would be good to have some conditions in the Automated Messages based on the answers to Custom Questions. FOR EXAMPLE: Do you require accommodation again in the next 6 weeks? -if Yes, the guest will recieve sequence of autoamted message based on their answer, with offers etc. Would also be useful to have the option to get notified when a guests answer YES to the above question for example.
