Hello! I would like a feature where an owner could report an emergency issue. I am trying to move away from whats app/email and have been looking at other apps. It occurred to me perhaps this is a feature we could incorporate on here to have everything in one place.. It would be for somthing like an neighbour has reported an issue directly to them, they have become aware of emergency maintenance and also just giving the feeling they can report somewhere. If its all in one place it will make VA support cover easier. :)
