We are charging the landlord for maintenance tasks at the property. It would be helpful if we could use zeevou to create the maintenance task for specific property but to actually add a fee for that particular that task then to go automatically in the MPR reports. This would save a lot of time. Currently i create the task in breezeway, then i move it to an xcel spreadsheet where it ncalculated the spending for that task then i add this in Zeevou as expense. for example we have a maintenance task: blocked shower drain, let's say we charge £100 for call out, this would be helpful to be added in Zeevou as maintenance task , add the £100 and then this to show in the MPR report at the end of month, could we please have this?
